为丰富校园文体生活，弘扬体育精神，增强学生体质，12月11日，合肥新华公学融合部小初首届羽毛球赛在学校体育馆圆满落幕。本次赛事面向四至八年级学生，设置PYP女单、PYP男单、MYP女单、MYP男单四个组别，吸引了众多羽毛球爱好者踊跃参与。赛场上，选手们挥拍逐梦、奋勇争先;赛场下，观众们呐喊助威、氛围热烈，充分展现了合肥新华公学融合部小初学子蓬勃向上的青春风采。

To enrich campus cultural and sports life, promote the sports spirit, and enhance students' physical fitness, the First Badminton Tournament for PYP and MYP Students of the International Integration Department of Hefei Xinhua Academy successfully concluded at the school gymnasium on December 11th.Open to students from Grade 4 to Grade 8, the tournament set up four categories: PYP Girl's Singles, PYP Boy's Singles, MYP Girl's Singles, and MYP Boy's Singles, attracting a large number of badminton enthusiasts to participate actively. On the court, players swung their rackets in pursuit of dreams and strived for excellence; off the court, spectators cheered loudly, creating a passionate atmosphere, which fully showcased the vibrant youthful vitality of the primary and junior high students from the Integrated Department of Hefei Xinhua Academy.

PYP组的小选手们虽然年龄尚小，但斗志毫不逊色。他们在赛场上认真对待每一个回合，虽然动作尚显稚嫩，但展现了出色的专注力和拼搏精神。无论是灵活跑动接球的女单选手，还是敢打敢拼的男单小将，都用汗水见证着成长与进步，赢得了现场观众的阵阵喝彩。最终G5张馨程和G4-2邓梓桐分获PYP男、女单的冠军。

Though young, the PYP players displayed no less fighting spirit. They took every rally seriously on the court. Despite their slightly inexperienced movements, they showed strong concentration and perseverance. Whether it was the female singles players nimbly running to receive shots or the bold and aggressive young male singles players, all wrote their growth and progress with sweat, winning bursts of applause from the audience. In the end, Flora from Grade 5 and Dodd from Grade 4 Class 2 claimed the championships of PYP Men's Singles and PYP Women's Singles respectively.

作为本次赛事的核心组别，MYP男单的较量堪称“巅峰对决”，成为全场焦点。来自六至八年级的参赛选手们凭借扎实的技术功底和灵活的战术安排，为现场观众呈现了一场场精彩绝伦的比拼。发球、起跳、扣杀、吊球、网前截击……每一个动作都干净利落、一气呵成。比赛中，选手们时而展现出力量十足的大力扣杀，时而以巧妙的网前小球化解危机，多拍对峙的焦灼场面频频出现，引得场下掌声与欢呼声此起彼伏。尤其是冠亚军争夺战中，G6的李泽修和G7的吴梓宸实力不相上下，比分交替上升，他们用顽强的毅力和精湛的球技诠释着“永不言弃”的体育精神，最终李泽修以一记精彩的杀球锁定胜局，获得MYP男单的冠军。

As the core category of this tournament, the MYP Men's Singles competition was hailed as a "peak showdown" and became the most watched highlight of the event. Participants from Grade 6 to Grade 8 presented wonderful matches to the audience with their solid technical skills and flexible tactical arrangements. Serving, jumping, smashing, dropping, net volleying... every move was clean, neat, and seamless. During the games, players sometimes unleashed powerful smashes, sometimes defused crises with delicate net shots, and intense multi-rally confrontations occurred frequently, drawing constant applause and cheers from the audience. Especially in the championship match, Shawn from Grade 6 and Jerry from Grade 7 were evenly matched, with the score alternating up and down. They interpreted the "never give up" sports spirit with tenacious perseverance and exquisite skills. In the end, Shawn sealed the victory with a brilliant smash, winning the championship of MYP Men's Singles.

本次羽毛球赛的成功举办，离不开学校的精心组织与老师们的全力保障。从赛事策划、场地布置到赛程安排、裁判执裁，每一个环节都有条不紊、细致周到，为选手们打造了公平竞技、展示自我的优质平台。赛事不仅为学生们提供了切磋球技、交流互动的机会，更让大家在竞技中体会到了体育的魅力，增强了集体荣誉感和团队凝聚力，充分践行了合肥新华公学“全人教育”的理念。

The successful holding of this badminton tournament was inseparable from the careful organization of the school and the full support of the teachers. From event planning, venue decoration to schedule arrangement and referee enforcement, every link was carried out in an orderly and meticulous manner, creating a high-quality platform for players to compete fairly and showcase themselves. The tournament not only provided students with opportunities to exchange skills and interact with each other, but also allowed everyone to experience the charm of sports in competition, enhanced their sense of collective honor and team cohesion, and fully practiced the "holistic education" philosophy of Hefei Xinhua Academy.
