课堂互鉴 理念共融 | 杭州上海世界外国语学校赴合肥新华公学融合部访校交流活动

为搭建校际专业交流平台,深化课程与教学经验互鉴,2025年12月12日,杭州上海世界外国语学校专业团队赴合肥新华公学融合部进行深度访校交流。这不是一次简单的访问,而是两所IB PYP授权学校以课堂为桥、以理念为帆的专业航行,共同探索在融合教育背景下IB课程本土化实践的崭新图景。

To build an inter-school professional exchange platform and deepen the mutual learning of curriculum and teaching experience, on December 12, 2025, the professional team from Hangzhou Shanghai World Foreign Language School conducted an in-depth visit and exchange at the Integration Department of Hefei Xinhua Academy. This was not a mere visit, but a professional voyage between two IB PYP authorized schools—with classrooms as bridges and educational philosophies as sails—jointly exploring a new prospect for the localized practice of IB curricula in the context of integrated education.

课堂是教育交流的核心载体,本次活动以“同课异构” 与 “特色课观摩” 双线并行,打造了沉浸式教学研讨场景。

The classroom serves as the core vehicle for educational exchange. This event adopted a dual-track approach of "same-lesson different designs" and "featured lesson observations," creating an immersive teaching research scenario.

两校数学教师围绕苏教版三年级上册《间隔排列》课题展开“同课异构”教学探索。来自杭州上海世界外国语学校的赵静老师以“一一对应”的数学思想为主线,让学生们在真实的情境中探索数学规律,让抽象的规律探索变得生动可感,成为本次教学交流的一大亮点。

Math teachers from the two schools conducted a "same-lesson different-teaching" teaching exploration around the topic "Interval Arrangement" in Grade 3 Volume 1 of the Jiangsu Education Edition. Teacher Zhao Jing from Hangzhou Shanghai World Foreign Language School took the mathematical idea of "one-to-one correspondence" as the main line, guiding students to explore mathematical laws in real scenarios and making the abstract law exploration vivid and perceptible — this became a highlight of the teaching exchange.

来自合肥新华公学的胡金晶老师则采用了不同的教学路径,他注重思维工具的使用,让学生们的思维可以被看见。同时设计让学生动手实践的学习活动,这种“动手做中学” 的模式,不仅让抽象的数学规律变得可触可感,更培养了学生的观察能力与探究意识。

Teacher Hu Jinjing from Hefei Xinhua Academy adopted a different teaching approach. He emphasized the use of thinking tools to make students' thinking visible, and designed hands-on learning activities. This "learning by doing" model not only made abstract mathematical laws tangible and perceptible, but also fostered students' observation skills and inquiry awareness.

随后,来访团队先后走进三(2)班与体育馆,分别观摩部编版三年级语文《香港,璀璨的明珠》课堂与趣味障碍赛体育课,从人文素养培养到运动能力提升,全方位感受合肥新华公学融合部的课堂教学特色。

Subsequently, the visiting team entered G3-2 and the gymnasium successively, observing the Chinese class "Hong Kong, the Bright Pearl" (Grade 3, Ministry of Education Compilation Edition) and the fun obstacle course PE class respectively. From the cultivation of humanistic literacy to the improvement of sports ability, they fully experienced the classroom teaching characteristics of the Integration Department of Hefei Xinhua Academy.

杨庆冬老师执教的部编版三年级上册《香港,璀璨的明珠》一课,以“概念驱动”为核心,结合“总结性评估”与“过程性评估”,搭配灵活分组模式,打造出高效且有深度的语文课堂。

Teacher Yang Qingdong's Chinese class "Hong Kong, the Bright Pearl" (Grade 3 Volume 1, Ministry of Education Compilation Edition) took "concept-driven learning" as the core, integrated "summative assessment" and "formative assessment", and adopted a flexible grouping model to create an efficient and in-depth Chinese class.

周通老师执教的体育课《趣味障碍赛挑战》,以丰富多样的体育游戏为载体,精心设计有层次、有梯度的运动任务,学生们在奔跑、跳跃、协作中笑声不断,不仅锻炼了心肺功能、肢体协调性等核心运动能力,更培养了规则意识与团队精神。

Teacher Zhou Tong's PE class "Fun Obstacle Course Challenge" took a variety of sports games as the carrier, carefully designing hierarchical and progressive sports tasks. Students laughed constantly while running, jumping and collaborating — this not only exercised core motor skills such as cardiopulmonary function and physical coordination, but also fostered their sense of rules and team spirit.

午后,两校教师齐聚会议室,开启集中交流与反馈环节。双方围绕各自的教学模式、课程实施经验展开深入探讨,既肯定了“同课异构” 中不同教学思路的优势,也针对课堂细节提出优化建议,并为两位老师颁发荣誉证书。

In the afternoon, teachers from both schools gathered in the meeting room to launch the centralized exchange and feedback session. They conducted in-depth discussions around their respective teaching models and curriculum implementation experiences, affirming the advantages of different teaching ideas in the "same-lesson different-teaching" activity, putting forward optimization suggestions for classroom details, and issuing honorary certificates to the two teachers.

经过充分沟通,两校初步确定了后续合作方向,计划在教师互访、联合教研等领域持续发力,推动优质教育资源共享。交流尾声,全体参与人员合影留念,为本次访校活动画上圆满句号。

After full communication, the two schools initially identified the follow-up cooperation directions, planning to continue efforts in areas such as teacher exchanges and joint teaching research to promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources. At the end of the exchange, all participants took a group photo as a souvenir, bringing this school visit to a successful conclusion.
