“原来数学课上,我家娃居然敢抢着上台讲题?”“大课间他跳操比在家躺沙发灵活十倍!”11月28日的融合部成了家长们的 “大型‘真香’现场”— 以 “与孩子一起发现学习的美好” 为主题的家长开放日,把 “课堂、课间、成长” 打包成了一场趣味满满的 “沉浸式探校局”。

01、第一幕:报告厅里的 “温度 + 干货” 双 buff 开场
11月28日清晨8:05,融合部报告厅的座椅还带着初冬的凉意,却被家长们眼里的期待 “焐” 得暖了起来 —— 这场开放日的开场 “全体家长会”,直接把 “沟通” 和 “成长” 打包成了双 buff 盛宴。融合部王校长的《让沟通更有温度—听见、看见、理解》报告里,从管理团队到IB项目重要政策再到小初家校沟通渠道及流程介绍,家长们听的聚精会神,结束时还感概没听够嘞。
At 8:05 a.m. on November 28th, the seats in the auditorium of the Integration Department still carried the chill of early winter, but were warmed up by the expectations in the eyes of the parents - the opening "Parents' Meeting" of this Open Day directly packed "communication" and "growth" into a double buff feast.In the report titled "Making Communication Warmer - Hearing, Seeing, Understanding" by Principal Wang of the Integration Department, parents listened attentively, covering everything from the management team to the important policies of the IB program, as well as the communication channels and processes between primary and junior high schools. By the end, they still felt that they hadn't had enough。

紧接着刘主任带着《耕耘有时,收获已至,前行不止》上台,PPT 一翻全是 “家长看得懂的成长数据”:从开学后学生及老师们活动亮点到日后的工作计划都交代的清清楚楚,安排的明明白白。当屏幕切到孩子们做实验、演课本剧的照片,有家长掏出手机对着照片放大:“那扎马尾的是我闺女!她在家都不爱跟我说话,居然敢上台又唱又跳啊!”小温馨:PPT还做成了三国语言,嘻嘻,真是我们的大贴心啊!

8:50 的班级听课环节,老师们精心准备的课都特别精彩,课堂气氛如火如荼。家长们集体解锁 “后排隐身模式”:有的偷偷把手机调成静音,举着镜头跟拍孩子记笔记的侧脸;有的跟着课堂互动举手,被旁边的强娃戳胳膊:“家长不用举手的啦!”语文课上,当老师带着孩子们用 “情景剧演古诗”,平时在家背诗卡壳的娃,居然演起 “李白举杯” 有模有样;数学课的 “小组 PK 算题” 环节,家长们比娃还紧张,偷偷在草稿纸上算答案,结果被自家娃回头一个眼神 “嫌弃”:“妈妈你算错啦!” 下课后,一位爸爸揉着笑酸的脸说:“原来他上课不是‘发呆’,是在偷偷憋创意呢!”

10:00 的大课间,堪称 “家长认知颠覆现场”。平时喊 “下楼倒垃圾都嫌累” 的娃,一跳操就像按了“启动键”:跳操时双脚快得只剩残影,还能跟同桌比“看谁跳的好还会唱这首韩语歌”。有妈妈举着手机追着拍,差点被娃的 “课间友谊赛” 撞到:“他跳操的劲儿,要是用在收玩具上该多好!” 连老师都笑着说:“平时藏着的活力,今天全‘炫’给家长看啦!”

11:00 的班级家长会,直接变成 “双向奔赴茶话会”:老师掏出 “孩子的隐藏闪光点清单”,比如 “XX 主动帮同桌整理书包”“XX 会用成语劝架”;家长们则掏出 “家庭版迷惑行为大赏”,比如 “娃在家用课堂上学的‘思维导图’,给宠物猫列了‘一日作息表’”。单独交流环节,更是 “笑点与泪点齐飞”:一位妈妈握着老师的手说:“之前总觉得他‘不够专注’,今天才发现,他只是在‘用自己的节奏发光’。”这场开放日,就像给家长递了个 “放大镜”—— 原来那些藏在融合部课堂、课间里的小认真、小调皮、小成长,都是 “学习美好” 的正确打开方式。有的班主任们还给参加“家长进校园”的‘得力助手们’家长们颁发了荣誉证书。
The 11:00 class parents' meeting directly turned into a "mutual commitment tea party" : The teacher took out a "list of children's hidden bright spots", such as "XX voluntarily helped his deskmate pack the schoolbag" and "XX can use idioms to break up a fight". Parents, on the other hand, pulled out a "family version of the Confusing Behavior Award", such as "the 'mind map' that the child learned in the home classroom and the 'daily schedule' for the pet cat". During the individual communication session, it was even more hilarious and touching: a mother held the teacher's hand and said, "Before, I always thought he was' not focused enough ', but today I realized that he was just 'shining at his own pace'."This Open Day is like presenting parents with a "magnifying glass" - it turns out that the little earnestness, little mischief and little growth hidden in the classrooms and breaks of the Integrated Department are all the right ways to "learn the beauty". Some head teachers also presented certificates of honor to the "capable assistants" among the parents who participated in the "Parents on Campus" event.



这场从报告厅的“沟通干货” 开始,到课堂旁听、课间围观、UOI成果解锁的开放日,没讲一句空洞的大道理,却让家长们捧着满肚子的惊喜和感动离场。有人说“今天才发现,学习的美好不是满分试卷,是娃眼里闪着光分享知识的样子”,也有人笑称 “收获比开了一天会还多,连陪写作业的‘战火’都能少烧两回”。看着家长们开心满意的离开,融合部的老师们也带着孩子们去食堂吃饭啦。
This Open Day, which began with the "communication essentials" in the lecture hall, followed by classroom observation, intermission, and the unlocking of UOI achievements, didn't convey a single empty grand principle. However, it left the parents with a heart full of surprise and emotion. Some people say, "Only today did I realize that the beauty of learning does not lie in the perfect test papers, but in the way children share knowledge with a sparkle in their eyes." Others joke, "The gains are more than those from a one-day meeting. Even the 'battle' of helping with homework can be reduced by two times." Seeing the parents leave happily and contentedly, the teachers from the Integration Department also took the children to the cafeteria for a meal.
