2025年12月16日，IBO国际文凭组织中国区发展区域经理姜艳(Stella)女士莅临合肥新华公学，开展深度参访与交流。作为曾受IBO官方专访并获报道的优质IB成员校，合肥新华公学以开放的办学姿态和鲜明的育人特色，全面展示了其在融合课程建设、素养教育实践与国际教育本土化探索中的阶段成果。

On December 16, 2025, Ms. Stella Jiang, Regional Development Manager of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) China Office, paid an official visit to Hefei Xinhua Academy for an in-depth tour and exchange. As a prestigious IB World School that has been exclusively interviewed and featured by the IBO, Hefei Xinhua Academy demonstrated its remarkable achievements in integrated curriculum development, competency-based education practice, and the localization of international education with an open-minded school-running philosophy and distinctive educational characteristics.

在校园参访环节，Stella女士走进融合部教学楼，从学生作品展示与学院制管理体系中，切身感受学校以学习者为中心的教育生态。随后，她深入融合部小初，听取了王瑞磊校长关于课程设计、师资发展与教学创新的系统介绍，并对学校在PYP项目落实与MYP项目推进中所展现的专业性与成效表示高度认可。

During the campus tour, Ms. Stella Jiang visited the buildings of the Integrated Education Department. Through the display of students’ works and the college system management framework, she personally experienced the school’s learner-centered educational ecosystem. Later, she proceeded to the integrated primary and middle school sections, where she listened to a comprehensive presentation by Principal Wang Ruilei on curriculum design, faculty development and teaching innovation. Ms. Jiang spoke highly of the school’s professionalism and outstanding outcomes in the implementation of the PYP programme and the advancement of the MYP programme.

步入美华幼儿园(Early PYP)，许华丽园长聚焦功能教室运用与幼儿参与机制，呈现了寓教于乐、支持探究的早期教育场景。在负一楼功能教室区域，陶艺、书法、木工等实践课程不仅彰显出手工与艺术的融合之美，更体现了学校对学生创造力与文化认同的重视。游泳馆、高尔夫球馆、英皇音乐中心及图书馆等多元场馆，共同构建起立体而丰富的成长支持系统，进一步印证了学校在硬件投入与育人空间设计上的前瞻视野。之后，Stella女士继续探访学校负一楼的功能教室区域，陶艺教室的匠心雅致、书法教室的墨香氤氲、木工教室的创意灵动，让她沉浸式感受我校丰富的实践课程氛围;随后，游泳馆、高尔夫球馆、英皇音乐中心、图书馆等场馆逐一亮相，完备的硬件设施与多元的育人空间，赢得了她的高度认可。

At Meihua Kindergarten (Early PYP), Principal Xu Huali showcased the fun, inquiry-based early education model through functional classrooms and child participation mechanisms.In the basement’s functional area, pottery, calligraphy and woodworking courses highlighted the school’s focus on creativity and cultural identity. The swimming pool, golf course, ABRSM Music Centre and library further demonstrated its forward-looking hardware investment and diverse learning spaces.Ms. Stella toured these facilities, immersing herself in the practical course atmosphere and highly praising the comprehensive educational resources.

随后的座谈交流在六号楼会议室举行。新华控股集团助理总裁吴金城先生系统阐述了集团在教育领域的深度布局和多年来的办学积淀，重申了坚守国家政策导向、高质量推进国际化教育的办学宗旨。招生办负责老师介绍了学校各学部发展概况与育人成果，勾勒出一体化、阶梯式的学生成长路径。在自由交流环节，Stella女士结合国际教育发展趋势，分享其洞察与思考。双方还就未来合作展开务实讨论，初步达成2026年在校举办IB大型活动的意向，为持续深化互动奠定基础。

The subsequent symposium was held in the conference room of Building Six. Mr. Wu Jincheng, Assistant President of Xinhua Holding Group, outlined the Group’s strategic footprint and longstanding expertise in education, reaffirming its commitment to national policies and high-quality international education. The admissions officer presented an overview of each school section’s development and educational outcomes, highlighting a coherent, progressive student development pathway. During the open discussion, Ms. Stella shared her insights on trends in international education. Both sides also discussed potential cooperation, tentatively agreeing to hold a major IB event on campus in 2026 as a step toward deeper collaboration.

此次访问不仅是办学实践的展示，更是一次教育理念的对话与融合。合肥新华公学将继续秉持育人初心，在与IBO等国际教育组织的积极互动中，持续优化课程体系、提升教学品质，致力于培养胸怀家国、面向世界的未来英才。
