随着春节的余韵渐淡，我们迎来了又一个传统佳节——元宵节。为了让学生们更深入地了解和体验中国传统文化，我校融合部特别策划了一系列富有特色的庆祝活动。本次活动不仅让同学们感受到了节日的欢乐氛围，还通过各种形式的手工艺制作和游戏竞猜，锻炼了同学们的动手能力和思维能力，同时也为新学期的学习生活增添了一份特别的鼓励和祝福。

With the lingering effect of the Spring Festival fading, we have ushered in another traditional festival - the Lantern Festival. In order to let students have a deeper understanding and experience of traditional Chinese culture, the integration department of our school specifically planned a series of distinctive celebration activities. These activities not only let the students feel the happy atmosphere of the festival, but also exercised the students' practical and thinking ability through various forms of handicrafts and games. We also added special encouragements and blessings for the study life of the new semester.

在制作灯笼环节，同学们在老师的指导下，学习了如何用彩纸、竹签等材料制作传统的纸灯笼。有的同学还在灯笼上绘制了可爱的卡通形象或是书写吉祥话，使每个灯笼都独具匠心。

In the lantern making session, students learned how to make traditional paper lanterns with colored paper, bamboo skewers, and other materials under the guidance of the teacher. Some students also drew cute cartoon images or wrote auspicious words on the lanterns, which made each lantern unique.

画扇子活动中，同学们展现了自己的艺术天赋。他们用毛笔在扇面上绘制了山水、花鸟、人物等图案，或工整细腻，或潇洒自如，每把扇子都像是一幅精美的画作。这不仅让同学们体验到了中国传统绘画的魅力，也锻炼了他们的耐心和细致。

In the fan drawing activity the students showed their artistic talent. They used the brush to draw landscapes, flowers, birds, or other patterns on the fan. It could be neat and delicate or natural and free. This made each fan similar to a beatiful painting and a representation of their interests. This allowed the students to experience the charm of traditional Chinese painting, and also exercised their patience and meticulousness.

在制作书签环节，同学们运用剪纸、涂鸦等技巧，创作出一张张别致的书签。有的书签上写着励志名言，有的绘有美丽的图案，还有的镶嵌着小饰品，每张书签都充满了孩子们的智慧和创意。

In the process of making bookmarks, the students used paper-cutting, doodling and other skills to create a unique bookmark. Some bookmarks were filled with inspirational quotes, some painted with beautiful patterns, and others were inlaid with trinkets. Each bookmark was filled with the wisdom and creativity of children.

观看元宵节视频让同学们了解了元宵节的由来、习俗和相关的民间故事。视频中展示了各地庆祝元宵节的不同方式，使同学们在视觉和知识上都获得了丰富的体验。

Watching the video of Lantern Festival let students know the origin with the customs and related folk stories. The video showed different ways of celebrating Lantern Festival in different places, making students have a rich experience both visually and intellectually.

猜灯谜是元宵节的传统习俗之一，我们的灯谜活动吸引了众多同学参与。谜语内容涉及成语、历史人物、地理知识等多个领域，既考验了同学们的知识面，也锻炼了他们的思维能力。现场气氛十分活跃。

Guessing lantern riddles is one of the traditional customs of the Lantern Festival. Our lantern riddles activity attracted many students to participate. Riddles involve idioms, historical figures, geographical knowledge and other fields, which not only tested the students' knowledge, but also exercised their thinking ability. which created a lively and vibrant atmosphere.

拆红包环节无疑是最受同学们欢迎的。每个红包里不仅有寓意吉祥的祝福语，还附带了新学期作业奖励。这些奖励既是对同学们过去努力的认可，也是鼓励他们在新学期继续努力学习的动力。

The red envelope opening is undoubtedly the most popular part among the students. Each red envelope not only contained auspicious greetings, but also comes with a new semester homework reward. These awards are both recognition of the students' efforts in the past and motivation to encourage them to continue to work hard in the new semester.
