【融合部跨学科探究】探秘古韵皖南,寻访衣食徽州

从文字始,品文学意,追文化韵。徽州文化犹如古卷泼浓墨,黑白两色深重有度,丝丝缕缕蜿蜒,成绿水绕青山。

Starting from the characters, taste the literary meaning, and follow the cultural rhyme. Hui culture is like an ancient scroll splashed with thick ink, appropriate black and white colors , and the wisps meander into green water around the green mountains.

纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行。新华公学融合部初中部学子秉持对地域的考察,对文化的追寻,迈上了为期三天的研学之旅。三月的计划,四月的调查,五月的交流与调研,六月的总结,最终迎来了精彩的展览分享。

On paper, I finally realized that I had to do it. Our IID MYP students embarked on a three-day field trip based on the investigation of the region and the pursuit of culture. The plan in March, the survey in April, the communication andresearch in May, the summary in June, and finally the exhibition sharing.

经过两个星期的布展准备,新华公学融合部初中跨学科成果展终于拉开帷幕。探秘古韵皖南,寻访衣食徽州。徽文化,是温良品性最好的浸润。

After two weeks of preparation,our MYP IDU exhibition finally opened on June 26th. Hui culture is the best immersion of gentle character.

一、项目背景

PROGRAM BACKGROUND

从2022年义务教育阶段新课标的出台开始,学校教学的理论发展和课堂实践日渐迸发新的思考和尝试。大单元的融合教学和跨学科的教学设计一时间成为教学实践的新方向。

Since Chinese new curriculum standards lunched in 2022, The integration of unit-based teaching and interdisciplinary teaching design has become a new direction for teaching practice for a while.

同时,跨学科教学(IDU)也是IB MYP项目的重要特色之一。在中学项目中,跨学科学习是这样一个过程,即学生对两个或两个以上学科或学科组的知识体和认识方法产生理解,并对它们加以整合,从而创造出新的理解。学生可以汇集两个或多个学科或已确立的专业领域中的概念、方法或交流形式来解释一种现象、解决一个问题、创造一件作品,提出一个新问题;而这些,都是单一学科的学习所不可能做到的。这样,学生就展示出跨学科理解

IDU is also one of the key features of the IB MYP program. In MYP Program,IDU is the process by which students develop an understanding of two or more subjects or subject groups and integrate them to create a new understanding. In this way, students demonstrate interdisciplinary understanding.

二、项目回顾

PROGRAM REVIEW

【探究阶段Inquiry】融合初中的老师和学生们多次集中讨论本次跨学科探究内容、探究线索,以及分组和分工。

【行动阶段Action】学生在5月为期三天的研学游活动让学生充分了解和学习徽州文化,拓展学生的知识面,实地去领略徽文化的魅力。

MYP teachers and students focused on the content of this interdisciplinary inquiry, the inquiry clues, as well as the grouping and division of labor.

The three-day field trip in May allows students to fully understand and learn about Hui culture, expand students' knowledge, and experience the charm of Hui culture on the spot.

学生们分别从徽派建筑、徽菜和宣纸文化三个方向进行长期探究和深入调查,并且从多角度展示了各组的跨学科项目学习成果。

The students conducted long-term exploration and in-depth investigation from the three directions of Hui architecture, Hui dishes and Xuan paper culture, and displayed the learning results of interdisciplinary projects of each group from multiple perspectives.

【反思阶段Reflection】学生经过了前后两个多月的探究学习,完成了关于徽文化背后所传达的文化内涵的研究报告,并把自己的收获和感悟写进了反思。

After inquiry and conclusion,students finished their Hui culture research report and made a reflection wall.

在探究-行动-反思循环后,本次跨学科项目评估就到此结束。对于此次评估,学生们收获颇丰,同学们有话说:

After the cycle of inquiry-action-reflection, students learned a lot . For this assessment, the students have something to say:

Vito:这次跨学科的探究活动使同学们都受益匪浅,从前期的背景调研到多次的学生集会,小组讨论探究计划,提出探究问题,分工合作;再到研学游亲身感受到徽文化的绚丽多彩。在旅途中学到了以前课本上没有的知识,小组合作做出了精美的路线地图,精致的徽菜、徽建筑模型。在探究成果展现场也积极向家长、领导们展示我们的成果,我变得更加自信了,同时也为我们自己感到骄傲。

This interdisciplinary inquiry program benefited us a lot, from the preliminary background research to multiple student assemblies, group discussion of inquiry plans, proposed inquiry questions, and division of labor; Then through field trip,we personally feel the brilliance and color of Hui culture. During the trip, they learned knowledge that was not in textbooks before, and the group worked together to make exquisite route maps, exquisite Hui dishes, and Hui architectural models. At the Inquiry Exhibition, I also actively presented our results to parents and leaders, and I became more confident and proud of myself.

Sasa:这次研学我们通过探究徽州宣纸文化,徽州建筑以及徽州美食,更深地了解了这些背后隐藏着的徽州人民的性格品质。比如从徽菜“臭鳜鱼”的由来的故事中,了解到徽州女性勤俭持家的美好品质。

Through exploring Xuan paper culture, Hui architecture and Hui cuisine, we have a deeper understanding of the character qualities of the people of Hui hidden behind these studies. For example, from the story of the origin of the Hui dish "stinky mandarin fish", I learned about the beautiful qualities of Huizhou women who are diligent and thrifty.
