4月17日，“深受欢迎全国著名教师著名班主任报告会”在合肥新华公学报告厅隆重开讲。刘金玉、俞玉萍、赵国忠等全国有影响力的教育专家、著名教师、著名班主任先后作精彩报告，分享了他们独到的教育教学、班级管理智慧和见解。来自全国各地的教育行业的嘉宾和老师等共近800人参会。

On April 17th, the "The national famous head teacher report meeting" was grandly opened in the lecture hall of Xinhua Academy in Hefei. Liu Jinyu, Yu Yuping, Zhao Guozhong and other influential national education experts have made wonderful reports and shared their unique insights on education, teaching and class management. Nearly 800 guests and teachers from all over the country attended the conference.

在刘金玉老师的观摩课上，老师把课堂交给学生，让学生做学习的主人，把首思权、首学权、首创权、首试权还给学生。先学后教，学习目标明确，问题设计精妙，注重自学指导和课堂生成。整节课教师在不断的提问引导，学生来思考、回答，真正让学生“动”起来。

随后，刘金玉老师作了一场题为《学在课堂、教在课堂、练在课堂、高效在课堂——高效课堂的理性思考与科学实施》的报告。报告从误解高效课堂、字解高效课堂、质解高效课堂三方面认识高效课堂，并强调要走出误区，从先学后教、当堂训练入手，着力打造出让学生受益、促学校发展的高效课堂。

在图书馆分会场，赵国忠老师作了题为《中国教师教学大智慧》的报告。通过经典教育案例，形象而生动地展示了教师伟大的智慧，同时也充分揭示了教育的本质意义。赵老师希望教学大智慧成为天下教师心中的一盏明灯，也祝愿天下的孩子享受到最好的教育。

Teacher Zhao Guozhong gave a report entitled "Great Wisdom of Chinese Teaching". In his report, Teacher Zhao Guozhong vividly demonstrated the great wisdom by some classical educational cases. He fully revealed the essential significance of education. Finally, he hopes that the great wisdom of teaching will become a beacon in teachers’ heart,and wishes that all students can get the best education.

赵国忠老师分享会

在下午的分享会上，俞玉萍老师将“如何让每个孩子成为爱学习的天使”娓娓道来。俞老师认为，老师要先唤醒孩子的自信力，从而进一步唤醒孩子求知的宁静力，全身心地投入到学习中。最后，要唤醒孩子求知的科学力，让孩子进行有思想、有浓度地学习。只有这样，孩子才能不断进步，享受成长的过程，最终通向成功的终点。

Teacher Yu Yuping gave a report entitled "Let every child become an angel who loves learning". Teacher Yu believes that if every child wants to make progress, the key is to awake child's self-confidence, and then awake child's ability to seek knowledge, so that the child can enjoy learning and developing. Teacher Yu stressed that only in this way can children make continuous progress; enjoy the growth process, and finally lead to the end of success.
