您好!秋风送爽，中秋国庆喜相逢，为了让孩子们度过一个健康、安全、充实而有意义的假期，现将中秋国庆放假时间与温馨提示通知如下：

The autumn breeze is so refreshing. Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are happy to meet each other. In order to let the children enjoy a healthy, safe, fulfilling and meaningful holiday, the holiday time and warm reminders are as follows:

返校安排

住宿生：10 月 8 日下午 16:00-17:30 返校

走读生 ：10 月 9 日 正常返校上课

温馨提示Tips

孩子的平安与幸福，是我们的最大的心愿。中秋国庆放假期间，请做好孩子的安全教育工作：

1、和孩子参加一些有意义的实践活动，一起感受中秋节、国庆节文化的熏陶，不仅可以开阔孩子视野，更能增进亲子感情。

2、注意交通安全。假期人流较多，请务必看管好孩子，注意交通安全，遵守交通规则。

3、注意饮食安全。不要让孩子吃生、冷、硬的食品，更不要暴饮暴食，以免引起孩子的肠胃不适。

4、做好传染病防控工作。秋季是传染病的高发期，放假期间请尽量不带孩子到人群密集、空气流通性差的公共场所玩耍，以免感染传染性疾病。

5、合理安排作息时间。指导孩子安排学习、娱乐、运动时间，保持良好的生活习惯，督促孩子有效复习。

6、疫情防控不松懈，不要去中、高风险地区，避免和来自中、高风险地区的人群接触。坚持每日测温，做好安全防护!

为了保障全体师生的健康安全，确保节后顺利返校，在此感谢您对学校假期管理工作的配合与支持。

The peace and happiness of children is our greatest wish. During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, please do a good job in children’s safety education:

1.Participate in some meaningful practical activities with your children, and share the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day culture together, which can not only broaden your children's horizons, but also enhance parent-child relationships.

2.Pay attention to traffic safety. There are a lot of people during the holidays, so please take care of your children, pay attention to traffic safety, and observe traffic rules.

3.Pay attention to diet safety. Don't let your child eat raw, cold, hard food, and also don’t let they are overeating, so as not to cause gastrointestinal discomfort.

4.Do a good job in preventing and controlling infectious diseases. Autumn is a period of high incidence of infectious diseases. During the holidays, please try not to take your children to play in crowded and poorly ventilated public places to avoid contracting infectious diseases.

5.Reasonably arrange work and rest time. Help children to arrange learning, entertainment, and sports time, keep good living habits, and review effectively.

6.The prevention and control of the epidemic should not be lax. Don't go to medium and high-risk areas, and avoid contact with people from medium and high-risk areas. Insist on daily temperature measurement and do a good job of safety protection!
